Focus Group Testing

A Qualitative Study of the Land of I programming concept was conducted by an Independent Research Agency, M.A. Riffon Associates. In-depth focus group testing included six test groups-- girls and boys ages four, five, and six, and their parents.

Testing determined that the age appeal of the Land of I spanned children ages one through eight. The pilot characters were tested for overall appeal to children and parents. Chad the Caterpillar rated as the top favorite in popularity for children. Children and parents were attracted to and loved all the Land of I characters tested. The characters proved to be real enough to attract children and adults and offer substance.
